Delivery Time
Orders within the European Union are delivered in approximately 3−6 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, order volume, or external logistics conditions.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a delivery is missed and returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
• Take photos of the packaging and products immediately
• Report it to the courier at the time of delivery (if possible)
• Contact us within 48 hours at info@acquacoco.eu so we can investigate and offer a suitable solution

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
